| Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Young Adults Pastor/Worship Leader March. 2005 – June 2006 |
- Lead worship position included cordinating practice times with a team of 8 people. All on different schedules and on different worship teams.
- Prepared before scheduled practice times the songs, song sheets and arrangements for all songs performed.
- Led the Young Adults bible study from Nov. 2005 to June 2006. I stopped leading in June due to my relocation to Colorado Springs.
- Led Young Adults worship team of 5 people as well as the ministry team of 7.
- Duties for Young Adults ministry was to prepare weekly bible studies as well as monthly events.
- Deligated work effectively to those on my team as well as took responsibility for my entire teams actions.
- Helped create and program www.cornerstonefv.com. Had input from inception to today.

| Long Beach Mortgage SQL Programmer January 1998 – February 2002 |
- I worked my way up from a nigh time computer operator to a full time SQL server programmer.
- I was responsible for the daily upkeep of the many SQL servers our company enjoyed.
- Responsible for all aspects of disaster recovery.
- Helped write the documentation for all process that used the SQL servers.
- Wrote stored procedures that tied into the main system of users in order to generate reports and/or produce data required by our many other teams.
- Helped create company wide intranet. Was one of two employees actively working on intranet when Washington Mutual bought out the company .

- I plan to graduate from CCU this August with a degree in Organizational Management.
- My work experience as well as a degree that is extremely valuable in the professional world as well as the personal will make me a valuable asset to any team.
- Organization Management hits on many of the topics discussed today in some of the most prestigious companies worldwide. Topics include; small group interaction, conflict management, effective communication, diversity in the work place, etc…
- With this degree, I hope to broaden my abilities as an effective communicator in the work force to bring out the best in anyone I meet.
- I take night classes to work around my schedule of family and work. I am currently taking three classes a block (every 5 weeks). The standard for adult learners is one class for every block. This demonstrates my desire to succeed and my willingness to work hard for things that I want.

- I started at Vanguard with the desire to complete my degree in a two year, adult learner program.
- I was in my fifth block when I transferred to Colorado Springs.
- I was a religion major with an emphasis on biblical studies.
- Some of the topics being discussed were Greek, Hebrew, exegesis and New Testament theology.

- I went to varying Community Colleges in order to complete my A.A. degree.
- During this time, I was honing my skills as a web programmer.
- I would go to school in the morning, work at night and then stay up all night figuring out the intricacies of HTML (new to me in 1997), Javascript and ASP.

- As a member of the student council, I helped lead many school activies.
- I wrestled for one of the top programs in the nation. Calvary Chapel has won many state and local tournaments. For a small school those were fantastic accomplishments.
- I was also a three-year varsity track member winning league championships in the 110 hurdles as well a top three finish in California Invitational.

| I love to snowboard. Therefore, my move to Colorado was not as hard as I anticipated. In California, I was heavily into surfing. I enjoy playing guitar, reading and even do some occasional writing. |
